This one-hour strategy session will identify where on the leadership scope the client is and what direction they should pursue to meet their educational administrator goals. Clients will identify their leadership qualities and determine their leadership path. By the end of the call, clients will have a better understanding of how to grow in their gift and propel their profession. They will be equipped with strategies and knowledge to transition their teaching into leadership capacities. Current administrators will use this time to reflect on their current goals, school, and staff improvement plans, and identify action steps for implementation.
Interview Prep: Clients will use this time to prepare for leadership interviews. We will role-play possible scenarios, questions, and develop action plans in order to be fully prepared to transition.
